The lessons of empathy, compassion, and generosity echo in many of our favorite stories of the season—Christmas just seems to bring out the best in us all. I want to share with you the story of two Zags who embody these qualities throughout the year: Jim (’61) and Noni (’62) Comerford.

Their story, which is one with deeply rooted connections between Gonzaga University and Catholic Charities Eastern Washington, exemplifies the principles on which our shared mission stands. I hope you enjoy getting to know them and feel the love in their messages of giving.
