We are incredibly blessed by the enthusiastic support we receive – each year – from school children at Catholic schools from across the US. I grabbed the screen shot (below) from a post I saw today – this is the second grade class at Assumption Parish School in Spokane. They prepared cheer cards for the GU baseball team as they kick off the 2021 NCAA Division I Baseball Championships today against No. 3-seeded LSU at 7 PM.
The screenshot (below) is from March 30, featuring a video that the 4th grade class at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Boise created – think Kennel cheer G O N Z A G A…GO Gonzaga….. The school posted this video to their social media channels just a few hours before the game began.
How blessed are we that these wee-ones see in our students their own potential? We are truly blessed for the way our students represent themselves and the many generations of Zags that came before.
