The Health Professions Living Learning Community (LLC) is for students who are passionate about pursuing careers in healthcare, nursing, wellness, and related fields. This community provides a supportive environment where students can explore their interests in medicine, nursing, public health, physical therapy, and beyond while building connections with peers in a residential setting who share similar goals.
Residents of the Health Professions community will benefit from exclusive opportunities such as connections with healthcare professionals and faculty at GU, workshops on topics like patient care and ethical decision-making, and hands-on experiences such as CPR training and health-related service projects. The community also emphasizes academic success through study groups, advising sessions, and resources tailored to pre-health pathways that lead to careers in a variety of health professions.
In addition to academic and professional development, this community encourages personal growth, social connection with community members, and a holistic understanding of health and wellness. Whether you're preparing for medical school, exploring allied health professions, or passionate about improving community health, the Health Professions Living Learning Community is the perfect place to start your journey!
