Math Tutoring

Free Tutoring for Gonzaga Students

Math Learning Center on myGU

If you have a math question, we’re here to help. Not only can you attend your professor’s office hours (check Canvas for their schedule), but professors and advanced students are also available in the Math Learning Center (MLC). Drop by to ask questions, do your homework, or just to chat about math.

The MLC is open to any Gonzaga student looking for help with math. It is located in Bollier 218 and offers in-person tutoring with no appointment necessary.

What to Expect:

Free drop-in tutoring! There will not be any scheduled presentations or activities, just the opportunity to ask questions and get help on problems or concepts on which a student is working. The MLC is a large room with a lot of working space, providing whiteboards and computers. Students may come in to work on homework individually or in small groups and ask questions of the faculty member and/or peer tutor in the room as they arise. Follow this link for the most recent MLC schedule.

Additional Resources:

Students can also get help at Gonzaga’s Learning Studio. The studio employs students who will help you with your math questions. The Digital Learning Studio also offers strategies and worksheets relating to organization, time management, study strategies, and more. This is the first stop for students who are feeling like they are not achieving the academic success that they want. For scheduling, please follow this link.
