  • Recalled material must be returned by the recall due date.
  • Borrowers are responsible for paying fees associated with lost or damaged items checked out on their account.

Recalls

Borrowed material is subject to recall after two weeks.

Library Account Access

Members of the Gonzaga Community may access their library account using the My Account/Renew Items button on the Foley Library home page. This feature allows patrons to place holds on material and view current activity on their account such as due dates, items checked out, fees owed and holds pending.

Fines

Due to our commitment to equitable access to information and student affordability, the Foley Center Library no longer collects late fees or fines for books in our general collection.
The Foley Center Library will continue assessing lost item fees to patrons for lost books and other library materials. Books are moved into lost item status when they have not been returned 28 days after the assigned due date, at which point the patron is charged the cost of the book plus a $15 processing fee. Replacement fees for other library material vary by item type; please see our Overdue and Lost Item Policy for more information.
