Gonzaga’s CHS Program allows high school students to enroll in college-level courses for credit at a reduced tuition rate, prior to high school graduation. As an instructor, you will teach CHS courses at your high school during the regular school day. The rigor of CHS courses will match the rigor of Gonzaga University undergraduate courses.
There are multiple benefits to participating in the Gonzaga CHS program, including:
- Ease students’ transition to college by preparing them for the demands of college-level coursework;
- Expose students to academically challenging material while in the familiar surroundings of their high school;
- Allow students to begin earning college credits at a reduced cost; and
- Offer high school teachers an opportunity to collaborate with their university colleagues, sharing the resources and expertise of their discipline.
