Areas of work: Common Ground, Praxis, Student Ministers, Bulldog Athlete Ministry
I'm a west-coast native who has spent seasons of life in Northern and Southern California, Florida, North Carolina, and now Eastern Washington. I received a bachelors degree in Biblical Studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University, a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and am currently working on Doctorate of Ministry at Western Theological Seminary.
My wife, Heather, and I have two young children: Ellia and Beckett. As a family, we enjoy exploring God's creation, exercising and playing sports, debating the merits of beach vs. mountains, reading and discussing theology, and cheering for the San Francisco 49ers and Seattle Mariners.
I feel a deep sense of gratitude for the depth of God's love and faithfulness in my life. I have been leading Christian communities for almost two decades and especially enjoy walking alongside students and pointing them toward Christ as they wrestle with big questions of identity, belonging, and purpose. It's a true joy to see God encounter and shape students as they courageously emerge into adulthood.
