Yes. Gonzaga has a two year live on requirement. Students can fill out a Housing Exemption Form (via ZagLiving). Students will be approved if they are requesting an exemption for one of the five following reasons: Living with immediate family, Married, Seminary, Financial (confirmation from Financial Aid), Medical (confirmation from Disability Access Office).
Students that completed the Housing application by June 1st will have the opportunity to select the building and room they'll live in June. If you complete the application after June 1 or if you choose not to participate in selection the Housing & Residence Life Office will assign you to a space based on the profile you completed on the Housing Application and building vacancies.
No. You are more than welcome to select without previously deciding on a roommate. During selection you'll have the opportunity to see who has selected spaces already and how they match based on the profile portion of the application. You may also select a space that is completely vacant, however it is more than likely that someone will select the second bed in the space.
Yes. Gonzaga does not look at class standing, so if you are under 21 you will still be under the two year on campus residency requirement.

We do NOT take into consideration the date you pay your Confirmation or Housing Deposit.
Starting June 5th, you can access the Roommate portion of the Housing Application.
