On Campus Housing is guaranteed for First and Second Year Students. Students that complete the housing application by appropriate deadlines have the opportunity to self-select the space they’ll be living in the following academic year. Students who are still under the residency requirement, and do not make a selection will be assigned a space by Housing & Residence Life.
First Year Students (Incoming) will participate in Housing Selection in May.
Second Year Students (Rising Sophomores) will participate in Housing Selection early Spring Semester. Details on the process can be found here.
Upper Division Students (Juniors, Seniors and Graduate) are not guaranteed on campus housing.
A limited number of spaces will be offered to Upper Division students, details can be found here. The Housing & Residence Life Office will manage a waitlist once all vacancies have been filled.
