Andy Schneider - Senior Vice President, People, Alaska Airlines

As senior vice president of people, Andy Schneider is focused on delivering a remarkable employee experience for the nearly 23,000 people who've chosen to build careers at Alaska Airlines and Horizon Air. Andy's leadership and collaborative spirit are helping our organization fulfill its purpose of creating an airline people love. Her team is responsible for executing a people strategy that includes securing the best talent, providing competitive benefits our employees can be proud of, supporting our leaders and their teams through human resource operations and talent development, and elevating a diverse, inclusive and engaging culture. Bringing a customer-service mindset with a deep appreciation of analytics, she leads her team with an emphasis on doing the right thing and delivering performance.

Previously, Andy was vice president of inflight and call centers services, leading teams to deliver a remarkable guest experience in the air and over the phone. It is through her leadership and joint efforts with marketing and operations that Alaska Airlines has won the J.D. Power Award for "Highest in Customer Satisfaction among traditional carriers for 12 years in a Row."
Prior to that she served as senior vice president of people and customer services, responsible for Horizon Air’s station operations & inflight services. There she oversaw training for all airport employees and flight attendants, customer relations, facilities and network services, food and beverage services, human resources and labor relations. She's also held additional roles at Alaska in station operations and cargo services. She began her career as the airline's manager, financial accounting in 1989. A native of Boise and graduate of Gonzaga University, Andy holds a degree in Accounting along with an Executive MBA from the University of Washington. She lives in Tacoma with her husband, Mike and has four grown children.

 

Brooke Sullivan, Vice President, People & Culture, Seattle Mariners

The Seattle Mariners today announced that Brooke Sullivan, an 8-year veteran of the Mariners Front Office, has been named Vice President, People & Culture.

Sullivan, who has a finance and accounting background, began her tenure with the Mariners in 2014 as Assistant Controller. In 2017, she was promoted to Controller. In January 2018, Sullivan transitioned to the Mariners Human Resources Department where she moved up the leadership ladder with her appointment as Senior Director, People & Culture in January 2020.

Prior to joining the Mariners, Sullivan spent nearly a decade at Deloitte’s Seattle office as a staff auditor and audit manager.

Sullivan received a degree in accounting from the Gonzaga School of Business in 2003 and a Master of Accountancy in 2004. From 2009-2013, Sullivan was Vice President of the Gonzaga Alumni Association Seattle Chapter.

She has held a leadership role with the Seattle Chapter of WISE (Women in Sports and Entertainment) and served as treasurer for the Issaquah Baseball Club, a local select baseball organization.


 

Dayna Eberhardt - Former Chief People Officer, MOD Pizza

Eberhardt led the MOD People team, focused on supporting the Company’s 8,000+ MOD Squad members across the U.S. She reported to Scott Svenson, MOD co-founder and CEO and was based at the Company Support Center in Bellevue, Washington.

Eberhardt previously served as Senior Vice President of Global Talent Management for Expedia Group, where she led a large, global team and served more than 20,000 employees. Prior to that, she spent over 13 years with Starbucks in numerous human resource positions, both domestically and internationally, and was most recently Vice President, Human Resources, Siren Retail, Global Coffee & Global Design – encompassing Starbucks Roastery and Reserve stores.
