Rental and Reservation Information
Your group may rent the Coughlin Theater, Recital Hall, lobbies, or patios at the Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center for performances, private functions and company or community events.
Rental opportunities are limited due to scheduling and logistics requirements of our Presents Series and Gonzaga University events. Although we cannot promise that specific dates will be available, we're eager to work with organizations and events in the community. We encourage you to contact us for a tour and/or contact us regarding your event by calling us at (509)-313-4776 or via email at MWPAC@gonzaga.edu.

Please note: We cannot check dates or confirm availability until you have submitted a Rental Request Form with information about your event needs.
We will contact you within ten business days of receiving your Rental Request Form to let you know whether we can accommodate your event and to discuss any additional questions or details.
A 50% deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement.

Important Rental Guidelines
All rental activities must comply with Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center Theater Policies and applicable Gonzaga University Policies
The Myrtle Woldson Performing Arts Center will not knowingly rent facilities to persons, firms, agencies, or organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, gender, age, handicap or disability, sexual orientation, marital, parental, or veteran status.
All non-University groups using university facilities are required to complete and sign a user agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Gonzaga University.
As a tax-exempt charitable and educational organization, Gonzaga University is prohibited from directly or indirectly participating in certain political activities. Please see Gonzaga University's Policy on Political Campaign Activities for information about the use of University facilities for events of a political nature.
