Extracurricular activities: I spent lots of my free time running my favorite club, Gonzaga Environmental Organization, this year! I also have a passion for food, enjoy cooking and trying new restaurants. When it is sunny, I absolutely love to spend time outdoors and to be active.

Future plans:
Next year, I will be working as a Sustainability Coordinator at Pyrotek, a manufacturing company based in Spokane! I also hope to pursue by MBA in the near future to be even more equipped to address issues of corporate social responsibility in my professional career.
How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?
Majoring in environmental studies and business administration has pushed me to develop an interdisciplinary perspective on sustainability issues. I have developed skills to look at social and environmental issues from multiple points of view, seeing how complex structures co-create injustice. I feel more empowered to understand and address these problems.
What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?
I was honored with the 2024 Gonzaga Adoption of Sustainable Lifestyles award which recognizes my efforts to build community and increase involvement around sustainability initiatives on campus. Through work study positions and club leadership, I took tangible steps to implement sustainable systems that improve Gonzaga’s environmental performance.
