Shelly Boyd, a 1996 graduate of the School of Education with an MA in counseling psychology, has long championed the Colville Confederated Tribe of Indians, and is founder of the Inchelium Language and Culture Association. 

There is no question why she is one of The Spokesman-Review's 2020 Women of the Year.
