Kennedy Apartments

Dedicated on April 2, 2007, the Kennedy Apartments provide Gonzaga University students with modern, community-centered housing that fosters connection and convenience. Named in honor of Duff and Dorothy Kennedy, the apartments reflect the family’s enduring legacy of support and leadership. Duff Kennedy, a Gonzaga Trustee Emeritus and former Chair of the Board of Trustees, has been a steadfast advocate for the University and its mission. Following the loss of the nearly completed complex to a devastating fire in 2006, the Kennedy Apartments were rebuilt and completed with determination and resilience. The lower level of the apartments features Duff’s Bistro, a welcoming dining space that adds to the sense of community among residents. Today, the Kennedy Apartments stand as a symbol of generosity, perseverance and a commitment to enhancing the Gonzaga student experience, continuing the legacy of Duff and Dorothy Kennedy and their dedication to Gonzaga University.
