Gonzaga in Florence
What began in 1963 as a small program, designed to immerse students in Italian and European life and culture, now educates hundreds of students each year. Gonzaga University's Gonzaga in Florence (GIF) program, housed in the Mozilo Center, provides and opportunity to learn and live in a city that has played a central role in Italian history and European Civilization. Gonzaga in Literary Ireland
Spend four weeks learning and living in Dublin, Belfast, and Galway. Study Irish literature and culture and fulfill Gonzaga core, elective, writing enriched designation, or English major requirements. Literary Ireland is open to all students. regardless of major. Gonzaga in Montana
In this 3-week program, we will immerse ourselves in the wild mountains and valleys of northwest Montana. Situated between two majestic ranges in the scenic Swan Valley, our field campus is an old homestead converted into a bunkhouse and classroom. Based out of here, we will make excursions to Glacier National Park and nearby wilderness areas. We will meet with local wildlife experts, land managers, local ranchers, and environmental groups to discuss complex issues such as wold reintroduction and grizzly bear management. In addition, we will study the natural and human history of the region and explore our own sense of place in the natural world through environmental literature and our own writing. Gonzaga in the Wilderness
In this 3-week program, we will immerse ourselves in the red-rock canyons of Southern Utah as we canoe down the Green River to its confluence with the Colorado River in the heart of Canyonlands National Park. Following a week of classroom-intensive instruction at Gonzaga, we travel to Moab, Utah, to begin our 120-mile, 12-day journey down the remote and spectacular Labyrinth and Stillwater Canyons. During our travels, we will study the natural and human history of the region, discuss land management and wildlife conservation, and explore our own sense of place in the natural world through environmental literature and our own writing. Gonzaga in Seoul
Spend six weeks and earn six credits in Seoul. The co-curricular program explores Korean society and culture, including English practices. The program is open to all students, regardless of major, and fulfills three core designations-Global Studies, Social Justice, and Writing Enriched. Learn more about Gonzaga in Seoul.

Fellowships
Fellowships provide an invaluable opportunity for students to collaborate directly with faculty on student or faculty led research.
The Morris Fellowship
Established in 2017 thanks to a generous donation from Scott ('80, '89) and Liz (Tomich, '80) Morris, the Morris Undergraduate Research Fellowships are awarded to student-faculty research teams in the College of Arts & Sciences. These fellowships are awarded to original, student-driven research projects that are carried out during the summer months under the mentorship of a faculty member in the College. Both the student and the faculty mentor receive a stipend for this work.
CURCI Research Fellows
The Center for Undergraduate Research & Creative Inquiry (CURCI) aims to support the scholarly and creative works of our undergraduates. Academic year or summer support comes in the form of fellowships or assistantships arising from a mixture of benefaction, internal funding, and federal work-study positions.
Jesuit Mission Fellowship
The Office of Mission Integration and the Center for Undergraduate Research & Creative Inquiry (CURCI) are thrilled to co-sponsor student-faculty scholarship and/or creative inquiry addressing the four Universal Apostolic Preferences, see below. Fellowships are to support academic-year student-faculty scholarship and/or creative inquiry at Gonzaga University that center on one of the four Universal Apostolic Preferences.
