More about Morgan
Future plans:
I will be attending law school to study Federal Native American Law at the University of Arizona in the next two years. I would like to give back to my tribe to help maintain tribal sovereignty and self-determination.
How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?
My major has taught me how to become an activist and to stick to what I believe is right, even if the majority disagrees.
What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?
Being a facilitator in helping Native students feel a sense of belonging at a predominately white institution through the Office of Tribal Relations. Additionally, building kinship and establishing lifelong friendships with the Native students here on campus has been truly my proudest accomplishment than any other academic accolade.
