Future plans:
One future career aspiration would be to apply my research, writing, and analytical abilities to foreign service work. This career path, possibly with the U.S. State Department, would be augmented by my experience abroad and proficiency in learning new languages.
How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?
My history degree has taught me valuable research, writing, and analytical abilities that are applicable to numerous fields. More broadly, it taught me useful articulation and communication skills to assist me throughout my life.
What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?
My most significant Gonzaga accomplishment is my involvement in the school's history program. I'm proud of my four-year participation in Phi Alpha Theta, from presenting papers at conferences every year to becoming its president to organizing unique history events that engaged with the GU community and faculty.
