How has your major contributed to your professional or personal development?
My work in the English department has been fundamental in my personal and professional development not only for giving me so many opportunities for research and study, but also empowering me to make the most of these opportunities true to my interests and to myself as a person.
What has been your proudest or most significant accomplishment during your Gonzaga career?
In earnest, earning this award represents the culmination of many proud moments I’ve been fortunate to have throughout my Gonzaga career as an English student: from producing Charter journal as its editor-in-chief for two years, to being selected to pursue independent research through the Morris fellowship.
