Tickets are required to attend this FREE event. Limit TWO (2) tickets per person.
Reserved tickets must be picked up at the Gonzaga Hemmingson Welcome Desk with your registration receipt and ID between October 4th - 11th, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm.
NOTE: Gonzaga ID holders do NOT need to register online and can pick up tickets during the same time frame while supplies last.

Professor Nadine Strossen, former president of the American Civil Liberties Union and author of HATE: Why We Should Resist It with Free Speech, Not Censorship will offer a presentation which will be streamed from Washington D.C. We’ll celebrate local leaders standing up to confront hate, and we’ll take a look at the road ahead. The program intends to elevate the important role of our community in telling our stories, both our challenges and victories, in the struggle to stand against hate and for human rights. Our goal for the evening includes recognizing tensions and ethical dilemmas between free speech and concern for the well-being of others. |
The evening will close with a performance by the Gonzaga Choir, Timothy Westerhaus, director
