Summer Immersions

Gonzaga University offers multiple Summer immersive field experience programs with a unique opportunity for students to encounter the beauty of the Northwest with a focus on academic studies in Biology, English, and Environmental Studies.  Earning credits while backpacking, canoeing, camping and hiking throughout the Northwest provides students with a unique opportunity to explore their sense of place in our world, and how learning about topics including biodiversity, conservationism, the management of national parks and forests and marine biology can connect us more attentively to the natural world and to the relationships between humans and nature.
