Zag On. Two words that carry with them much weight and authenticity. For more than 130 years, our institution has outlasted wars, crises of health and welfare, and a multitude of environmental and economic challenges. Amidst all of these changes, one thing has remained true: we are a university, called to live and learn, teach and explore, not comfortably at the center of the culture, but at the frontiers, the cutting edge, the margins, places that require courage.
Please take time to review and acknowledge the information in these guides. They detail the principles, expectations, and responsibilities of all students as we prepare for the Fall 2020 semester, and will be revised and improved as new information and direction arise.
We know this is a time of incredible uncertainty, and that you may have questions and concerns. If so, please send them to us. We will do our very best to respond to each of them.
To succeed in our efforts, we all must commit to this and encourage each other to take on this challenge, as Zags do. Together, we will Zag On.
Did you see President McCulloh's July 31 message announcing the release of the Guide and previewing the Plans for Fall Response Form coming early the week of August 3?
