As an exercise physiologist, my career has been dedicated to researching lifestyle interventions aimed at enhancing neuromuscular health and metabolism. I'm passionate about understanding the intricate connections between physical activity, nutrition, and overall well-being, and, through my work, I am hoping to contribute to our knowledge of how lifestyle choices can positively impact vital aspects of human health, such as improving muscle function and optimizing metabolic efficiency.

In addition to my research, I am also deeply committed to teaching. My teaching philosophy revolves around empowering students with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed decisions about their health and well-being. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters critical thinking, encourages active participation, and promotes a deep understanding of the subject matter.

I draw from my research and practical experience to provide students with real-world examples and applications, making the material relevant and relatable. I strive to inspire a lifelong passion for health and fitness in my students, encouraging them to adopt healthy habits that will benefit them throughout their lives.

While my primary focus is on research and teaching, I also enjoy staying active through exercise like weightlifting, tennis, and golf, as well as outdoor adventures. These activities not only help me maintain my physical fitness but also provide a valuable balance to my professional life, ensuring that I can continue to excel in both research and teaching.
