Gonzaga Law hosted the Junior Intellectual Property Association’s Summer 2017 Workshop on June 2-3, 2017.
Scholars came to Spokane from law schools across the country from the Alexander Blewett III School of Law (Montana), George Washington Law, Gonzaga Law and the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
Organized by Gonzaga Law’s Jessica Kiser, Assistant Professor of Law, presenters spoke on a variety of topics ranging from copyright implications of internet folklore, rights of consumers to engage with brands, patent and FDA regulation of pharmaceutical improvements, and the intersection of data privacy and deceptive targeted marketing.
