Gonzaga Student Body Association Presents Florida Georgia Line April 17
GU Students May Purchase Tickets Feb. 27;
Public Ticket Sales Begin March 1
SPOKANE, Wash. – The Gonzaga University Student Body Association will host a spring concert featuring the popular country band Florida Georgia Line. The concert is scheduled to begin at 8 p.m., Wednesday, April 17, at the McCarthey Athletic Center on campus (801 N. Cincinnati St.).
Gonzaga students may purchase one ticket each (per GU identification number) for $15 starting at noon on Wednesday, Feb. 27 by visiting the following website [http://gogsba.org/events/FGL/] where a link to buy tickets will be posted when sales begin. To receive the $15 ticket price, GU students must purchase tickets through GSBA. Public tickets will be $25 and will go on sale at 10 a.m., Friday, March 1 via TicketsWest outlets.
Florida Georgia Line, a duo comprised of Tyler Hubbard and Brian Kelley, combines hard-driving rock with expressive lyrics into one of the most popular sounds in all of country music.
“Their hit single ‘Cruise,’ remains on the Billboard Top 10 Hot Country Songs at No. 7, and their song, ‘Get Your Shine On’ is ranked No. 20,” said Moira Lane, public relations director for the GSBA. “The Gonzaga Student Body Association is thrilled to host a country concert that both the Gonzaga and Spokane community can enjoy.”
