Dr. Brian Steverson and David Pickersgill will lead a session on one or two of the following topics: Trust, Listening, Recognition, Empathy, Feedback, Candor, and Accountability (open to all staff and faculty across the university).

The School of Business Administration will be hosting two members of the leadership team from Barry-Wehmiller, a global supplier of manufacturing technology and services based in St. Louis, Missouri (www.barrywehmiller.com): Brian Wellinghoff, Senior Director of Leadership & Outreach at Barry-Wehmiller, and David Pickersgill, Learning Outreach Program Leader. Mr. Bob Chapman, CEO of Barry Wehmiller and the author of Everybody Matters: The Extraordinary Power of Caring for Your People Like Family (some of you have read this book before), delivered the Aram Lecture on Business Ethics in the Fall of 2022. Barry-Wehmiller has 20 years of experience providing highly engaging learning experiences that provide practical skills to apply in an organization’s leadership today. For the last several years, Barry-Wehmiller has become a key partner to universities across the country and around the world as proponents of humanistic leadership which creates a world that works for everyone.
Brian Wellinghoff is currently an Executive in Residence at Gonzaga University and Virginia Commonwealth University and a Barry-Wehmiller Leadership Institute Partner. His specializes in organizational development, goal setting, team building, and facilitation.
Daid Pickersgill is a gifted and experienced educator, deeply invested in helping people to grow and achieve success, with over a decade of experience crafting and delivering engaging and creative teaching. He currently co-directs the Humanistic Leadership Academy Cohort project with Brian.
