Leadership Fishbowl with Delores Alexander

Delores Alexander joined Amazon in September 2021 as Global Category Management Leader, where she serves an integral leadership role in driving key category strategies. This will include the implementation of standards to develop strategic planning and execute category plans for major indirect categories across the globe. Previously, Delores was the Vice President of Supplier Management for Boeing Global Services, where she provided leadership for managing the critical relationships with thousands of aerospace aftermarket suppliers. In 2021, Delores was awarded the Women of Color STEM Career Achievement Award. She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University, and currently serves as the School of Leadership Studies Advisory Board Chair.
