Gonzaga now subscribes to one of the leading survey and research data tools: Qualtrics.  All faculty, staff, and students have accounts, which can be accessed through the Qualtrics tile in myGU apps or by  logging-in with your Gonzaga username and password at https://gonzaga.qualtrics.com

ATAS in Foley Library is here to help with your journey from Baseline to Qualtrics!

Baseline by Campus Labs was formerly the supported survey tool for campus, Gonzaga's subscription ended October 31, 2019.

ATAS has created a guide that outlines the Baseline transition steps: Baseline User Guide: How to Export Survey Data for Gonzaga staff and faculty.

Contact ATAS if you need assistance translating former Baseline surveys into Qualtrics. We are available for individual or departmental support, or course training.

Previous Qualtrics account

If you’ve had a Qualtrics account with a previous institution, you can request your surveys and data be migrated into your new Gonzaga account by calling Qualtrics Support at 1-800-340-9194. If requested, Gonzaga University's Brand ID is 'gonzaga.'


Foley Library's ATAS department administers and supports the Qualtrics system for Gonzaga. Feel free to contact the department with any questions or training needs.
