Law and Graduate Ticket Distribution
Beginning noon on Thursday, April 17th, the Guest Ticketing Site will go live on the McCarthey TicketsWest system.
The graduating ceremony participants are seated on the floor in a special arrangement, so that students will be greeted by their dean on stage. Doctoral candidates are the first to be recognized, so they are organized in the first rows. The Masters’ candidates are arranged by School, Degree Title, and Last Name. Undergraduate Guest Ticket Distribution
Beginning noon on Thursday, April 17th, the Guest Ticketing Site will go live on the TicketsWest system.
About Tickets
- All Tickets are digital
- Seating is divided into:
- "North-Guests" - for graduates sitting on the SOUTH floor, and
- "South-Guests" - for graduates sitting on the NORTH floor
- Undergraduate Commencement participants are limited to seven (7) tickets
- You can transfer tickets to guests or other graduates by following the guidance on the Mobile Ticketing page
- Request Disabled/ADA seating using this form (also available on the system).
- Fill out this form after securing your initial 7 tickets - you will need your ticket confirmation number.
- ADA seats are not ticketed seats - they are provided upon arrival, utilizing the professional Crowd Security Team to find the best location.
- Everyone entering the building needs an admission ticket, so moving people in your party to ADA seating does not increase your guest tickets.
A reminder that there is no waitlist for extra tickets and no extra ticket distribution. We are relying upon the student community to support each other for extra ticket needs, as we must manage within the venue capacity limits. Graduates needing extra tickets, should utilize their friend and academic colleague networks to ask for transferred tickets.
Please utilize the TicketsWest Customer Service form if you need assistance
