Timothy Guasco, Ph.D.

Research in the Guasco lab is focused on the physicochemical properties of atmospheric aerosol particles. We will build an atmospheric aerosol optical tweezers instrument to study the properties of sea spray aerosol on the individual particle level. Specifically, trapping particles will allow us to measure kinetics of reactions at atmospherically relevant concentrations.
