Kendall Fisher has taught at Gonzaga University since 2022. She specializes in Medieval Philosophy with a focus on the metaphysics and natural philosophy of St. Thomas Aquinas. Much of her research concerns Aquinas' view of the ontology of the human being, the nature of the human soul, and the nature of the human intellect. She also has interests in Classical Islamic Philosophy and Early Modern Philosophy and their connections to Medieval thought. Kendall received her PhD in Philosophy at Syracuse University in 2017 and worked as Assistant Professor at Seattle University prior to coming to Gonzaga. She regularly teaches PHIL 101: Reasoning, PHIL 201: Philosophy of Human Nature, and PHIL 310 Medieval Philosophy.
