Replacement ZAGCARD Hours
Please note: Replacement ZAGCARD requests will be processed Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm. Requests received outside of regular business days and hours will be processed the following business day. If you lose your card and need help accessing a door outside of those hours, you can call Campus Security (509.313.2222) to help you access a door or the RD of your dorm if you are trying to access your on campus housing.

The first step to replacing your lost or broken ZAGCARD is to pay the $30.00 replacement fee online.
