Dr. Pepper teaches courses on human resource management, organizational development, and organizational diversity. She is passionate about researching ways to transform organizations into places where people thrive. Her research focuses on workplace diversity issues, organizational justice, and campus climate assessment. She conducts training on diversity management, work-life balance, stress management, and mentoring. She is the president of Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education.
