Gonzaga recognizes that all videos and media cannot be updated into accessible formats immediately. Please prioritize your work using the priority tiers below with Tier 1 being the highest priority.

Video Captioning Priority:
Priority Tier 1:
- Videos, for classes with current students or employees requiring captioning accommodations.
- Any "front-facing" videos. These are videos that are publicly available (website, Zagwall in Hemmingson, event materials, etc).
- New videos purchased or created--if captioned versions exist, those must be purchased.
Priority Tier 2:
- Videos identified for immediate use that will be re-used in the future (use once then caption - unless student in current class, refer to Priority 1)
Priority Tier 3:
- Videos anticipated for continued use with students, employees, families, visitors, etc.
Audio Transcription Priority:
- Defined as audio files, PowerPoints, podcasts and other media with an audio component:
