As part of its ongoing efforts to better serveand respond to its customers throughout the University, ITS hasformed an IT Project Management Office. ChrisGill, formerly Director of Desktop Support Services will operatethe new office and serve as primary project manager for all majorIT-related projects.

Initially the office will focus on managing ITprojects and on creating and implementing communication tools tobetter inform the campus about current and upcoming projects, theirtimeframes, impacts, and status.
