Responsibility for Human Resources

The Vice President for Administration & Planning is responsible for insuring compliance with established personnel policy as directed by the President.
The Assistant Vice President for Human Resources reports to theVice President of Administration & Planning and is responsible for day-to-day administration of all personnel functions according to established policies and procedures.
Supervisors are responsible for daily administration of personnel practices and may have department guidelines, normally approved by the area vice president, which clarify this manual's policies and procedures. In the event of conflict, this manual always takes precedence.
