Registration
All Intramural registration packets and paperwork will only be accepted at the Intramural Office located across from the Hammer Strength weight area/next to the small fitness studio on the lower level of the Rudolf Fitness Center. The RFC front desk will no longer be accepting registration packets or paperwork regarding Intramurals.
Coaches Compliance Test information on Blackboard
Fall Soccer, Flag Football, Volleyball 6's, Dodge Ball, Basketball, Spring Soccer, Volleyball 4's, and Softball all require the captain to take a Coaches Compliance Test after registering a team(s). If individuals are captains for both the gender and coed team the test must only be completed once, but all information is the captain's responsibility to pass along to all players. Test dates are listed on each sport's Exception Sheet and the IT Support Center/Help Desk is available during the hours listed below to assist with login/password and Blackboard issues regarding access to the tests.

Assumption of Risk and Liability Release and Code of Ethics (is now on the Registration Form)
Each person participating in an intramural sport/activity must sign the Assumption of Risk and Liability Release/Code of Ethics portion of the Registration Form. By printing and signing your name on the Registration Form you are agreeing to the Assumption of Risk and Liability Release and Code of Ethics portions of the Registration Form. YOU DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT A SEPARATE LIABILITY RELEASE FORM FOR REGISTRATION (the separate liability release form must only be filled out when using the Replacement Player Form). Printed name and signature are required on the Registration Form to participate in Intramurals.

How do I sign-up?
Get your team together, go online and print off all the appropriate forms (Registration Form and Exception Sheet when necessary), completely fill out all the appropriate forms, turn in your forms and sport fee at the Intramural Office located on the lower level of the Rudolf Fitness Center, take the Coaches Compliance Test located on Blackboard (if you're a captain when applicable), and check online under the "Schedules" tab for your regular season game schedules to come out!
