What is the deadline for admission?
Gonzaga does not have a specific deadline for admission, however, it is best if you submit all application materials a minimum of three months prior to the beginning of your chosen semester.

Is the school accredited?
Yes. Gonzaga Graduate School of Business is accredited by the AACSB (The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business).

Can I apply without work experience?
Yes. Although the majority of students who enter the program have 4 or 5 years prior work experience, it is not a mandatory requirement for admission.

What are your requirements for admission?
When evaluating applicants we consider their letters of recommendation, GMAT score (500 min.), cumulative GPA (3.0 min.), application essays, professional resume and leadership potential. The program is open to any qualified holder of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university, regardless of the undergraduate major field of study, who meets the admission requirements. If you are an International student you must also submit a declaration of financial responsibility and a minimum TOEFL score. In addition, an interview may also be required.

Are the requirements different if I am a Gonzaga University undergrad?
Yes. If you obtained your undergraduate degree from Gonzaga you may waive the $50 application fee as well as the official college transcript requirement.

Can I attend the MBA program part-time?
Yes. You can complete your degree on either a part-time or full-time basis. Part-time students average 4-6 credits during Fall and Spring semesters, and 2-3 credits during each of the summer sessions. Part-time students normally average between 12-18 credits per year. We offer early morning and evening classes in order to accommodate part-time students.

Are online courses offered?
Yes there are some online courses offered during summer sessions. However all classes offered during fall and spring semesters are on campus.

How much does the program cost?
Tuition is $745 per credit (09-10). The MBA program is 33 credits for a total of just under $25,000 and the MAcc program is 30 credits for a total of just over $22,000.

How long will it take to complete my degree?
Full-time students with an undergraduate degree in business from an accredited university can complete the MBA or MAcc program in one calendar year. Students who have not recently completed a business degree or equivalent course work from an accredited institution may be required to complete prerequisite foundation course work prior to gaining admission to graduate courses. Full-time schedules average between 10-12 credits during Fall and Spring semester, and 4-6 credits each summer session. MBA student must complete 33 credits to graduate, and MAcc students must complete 30 credits to graduate. If you choose to do a concentration in the MBA program it will take up to two years to complete depending on when courses are offered. For non-business majors, the foundation courses will extend the completion time by a few semesters. The completion time for part-time students ranges from two to five years depending on the students undergraduate degree.

Can I do a concentration?
Yes, we offer a variety of concentrations that specialize in your area of study as you work towards your MBA degree. There are also two areas of specialization offered as part of your MAcc degree.

Does the school offer courses in locations besides the main campus?
Yes, live courses are also offered in Liberty Lake during the Fall and Spring semesters.
