Faculty Position Available

The Department invites applications for an HHMI-funded tenure track Assistant Professorship in Chemistry/Biochemistry beginning August 2010. Required qualifications are a Ph.D. in a relevant discipline, evidence of potential for both teaching excellence and development of an externally-funded research program involving undergraduates, and mastery of written and spoken English. Proposed research should also reflect expertise with computational methods. Post-doctoral experience is preferred. Teaching responsibilities will include general chemistry and upper division courses from among analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or inorganic chemistry.
